Networks Unlimited and associated divisions and subsidiaries thereof have produced this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy.

We take the privacy of our customers and visitors to our site/s very seriously and will use our best efforts to protect any information provided to us.

We do not sell, trade or disclose information provided to any third-party. We use information solely for the purposes of providing a service to our customers either through direct request for further information to be provided by us or through customisation of our site and facilities to improve our overall service.

Most of the facilities on our site/s are available without having to provide any personal information. We collect and use information in several different ways:

Via email newsletter subscription forms

Information is used solely for the purposes of providing 'opted in' interest related newsletters. Unsubscribe facilities are provided by this service.

Via callback request forms
Information is used to ensure that, where possible, the most relevant person to your request contacts you.

Via registration forms
Information is used to provide the most efficient service we can, As an example, our on-line support form has enabled us to implement a better system for handling enquiries thereby speeding up the resolution process.

In aggregate form (without identifying any user individually)
We may collect information such as IP address, browser type, platform, operating system of your computer. This is used to help us improve the site and the services we provide. This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 p. 1 f) GDPR. We reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists. We store IP addresses in the log files for a limited period if necessary, for security purposes or for the provision of services or the billing of a service, eg. Eg if you use one of our offers. After termination of the order process or after receipt of payment, we will delete the IP address if it is no longer required for security purposes. We store IP addresses even if we have a specific suspicion of a crime in connection with the use of our website. In addition, as part of your account, we save the date of your last visit (for example, when registering, logging in, clicking links, etc.).
